Personal Training Options

Single One-Time Session (90 minutes)


  • Fitness assessment, personal goal setting and calendar planning, and basic nutrition overview
  • A personalized exercise program based on your goals and fitness level
  • Body composition and measurements
  • We will perform the entire routine together and you will take this step-by- step program with you to perform on your own
  • Follow up email or phone call

Ongoing Sessions (1 hour)


  • Fitness assessment and basic nutrition overview
  • Personal goal setting and calendar planning
  • A personalized exercise program based on your goals and fitness level.
  • Key session elements: instruction for optimal form, fun and varied workouts (can include cardio, weights, circuit, core training, and stretching) continual challenge to progress and improve (in other words, I won't let you get off easy!), recording of weight amounts per session.
  • Weekly body composition and bi-weekly measurements
  • Weekly connection for support and encouragement

Individual One On OneTraining -

  • 1x to 3x per week
Additional cost for IN-HOME training*

Group Training (1 hour)

  • ask about savings when you train with 1 or more friends

*In home training offers you the opportunity to train in the comfort of your own home with no time invested in driving. If you do not have the appropriate equipment, I will bring some of my own and may ask you to purchase a few items to maximize our workout together.

How to Pay

In my experience, when clients pay up front, they are more likely to stay committed to their goals and work harder to achieve them. No one wants to waste his or her money or time. So I ask that clients doing ongoing sessions pay for one week's worth of sessions at the FIRST session. If this is not possible, another payment plan can be decided upon.
